Who We Are
We’ve worked in treatment centers, led interventions, guided families through crisis, and watched people courageously seek help only to be turned away because they couldn’t afford it. Again and again, we saw the same heartbreaking pattern: the care exists, but access doesn’t. So we created a new path.
What is Healthy Hive
Healthy Hive is a nonprofit reimagining how individuals and families navigate mental health and addiction recovery. We offer personalized guidance through ongoing care management and connecting people to trusted support, helping offset financial barriers, and restoring balance during life’s overwhelming moments. Our team blends licensed clinicians, experienced advisors, and people who have walked these paths themselves. We know that real care adapts, listens, and lasts. Healing is collaborative, compassion is essential, and every person’s story deserves to be met with dignity.
We believe restoration begins with connection, not judgment and that healing is a right, not a privilege. Everyone deserves the chance to improve their life not just in crisis, but for a lifetime. We don’t just fund care. We walk with people through it.
Meet Our Founders

Dirk Eldredge
President, CEO
Dirk Eldredge is a seasoned behavioral health leader with over 20 years of experience in mental health, addiction recovery, care management, and crisis intervention. He has led nearly 1,000 adaptive crisis interventions across the U.S. and abroad and founded two nationally recognized intervention companies. At 40, after nearly two decades in a successful sales and leadership career with IBM, Dirk made a profound life pivot. In early recovery from high-functioning addiction, he built on his USC degree and returned to Loyola Marymount University to study addictionology, committing himself to helping others navigate the full spectrum of mental health challenges. Dirk served as an integrated life coach for Pete Carroll’s Leadership Team at USC and the Seattle Seahawks, supporting players and coaches in transformative ways during some of the club’s most successful years, including their Super Bowl-winning season. That experience deepened his understanding of trust, alignment, and the dynamics needed to build a thriving team. He later led as CEO of Jaywalker Lodge, a leading men’s residential treatment program, and guided the turnaround and growth of Momenta Recovery, a trauma-specific women’s long-term residential healing center. His leadership is rooted in compassion, non-judgment, and dynamic team-building expertise. Whether coaching elite athletes or guiding families from crisis to lifelong stability, Dirk brings love, tolerance, and safety into every interaction—believing that true healing happens when people feel profoundly safe, deeply seen, and genuinely heard.

Christian Anderson
Director
Christian Anderson co-founded Healthy Hive with one unwavering priority: to be there for people—individuals, friends, and families—no matter how big or small the challenge, and to walk alongside them through whatever comes next. He believes that when someone reaches out in a moment of uncertainty or crisis, that first call can be the turning point. With a psychology degree from UC Irvine and a CAC certification in counseling, Christian began his career at Valley View Hospital, where he worked with incarcerated youth navigating complex mental health and recovery needs. He later joined Jaywalker Lodge, working with adults navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges, before expanding into long-term case management and family systems strategy. Today, he serves on Healthy Hive’s board, helping to build a team of aligned professionals committed to integrity, transparency, and family-centered care. For Christian, the first conversation is sacred. It’s where trust begins—not with timelines or treatment plans, but with deep listening, holding space, and offering genuine connection. From that foundation, Healthy Hive provides tangible, expert support: navigating care options, advocating for clients, coordinating treatment, and staying by each family’s side every step of the way. His approach is grounded in the belief that no one chooses suffering—and that everyone deserves a real, fighting chance to heal.
